  1. Prices & Payment
  • All prices are in euros (€) unless otherwise advised
  • Riverside Studio operates under the micro-entrepreneur regime. VAT is not applicable (TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI).
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or bank transfer (details provided on invoice).
  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  1. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email) and a follow on confirmation call to ensure it has been recieved by Riverside Studios.
  • Refunds are handled as follows:
    • More than 30 days before the start date: full refund.
    • Between 7–30 days: refund to be advised (may be partial, depending on costs already incurred).
    • Less than 24 hours before the service: no refund.
  • Riverside Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, technical issues, force majeure, inclement weather). In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or refund.
  1. Use of Facilities & Accommodation
  • Guests and clients are asked to respect the space, accommodation, and equipment as well as our neighbours.
  • Any damage caused by misuse may be charged to the client.
  • Riverside Studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
  • Your rental or occupation will not infer any interest or rights over the property and you will need to leave the property in a clean condition after your rental period has expired.
  • Deposits may willbe advised prior to any rental.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Creative work produced by clients remains their property unless otherwise agreed.
  • Riverside Studio may request consent to use images, recordings, or artworks for promotional purposes.
  1. Liability
  • Participation in workshops, retreats, and activities is at the client’s own risk.
  • Riverside Studio takes reasonable steps to provide safe, enjoyable experiences but is not liable for injuries, accidents, or indirect losses outside its control.
  • Clients should arrange their own travel insurance if required.
  • No wealding or hotworks is permitted within the barn.
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Béziers, France.
